You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.

After cancellation, you keep full ownership of your domain, email accounts and their contents, and your Discord server.

Everything (excluding merch store) can be exported at any time:

  • Members of 3+ months: Export included at no additional cost.
  • Members of less then 3 months: $100 export fee applies to cover the upfront setup and build work completed at the start of your membership.

Please request any exports before your data is removed. All remaining data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted 7 days after cancellation.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever cancel, it's yours to take with you.

Most brands are delivered within around a week. You'll review and approve everything before anything goes live. Nothing gets published without your sign-off.

Studio Membership can take up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the setup.

Please note: the Essential Membership is limited to Discord setup only and does not include ongoing management.

Yes. We handle store setup, product design, shipping, customer support, and full store management end-to-end.

You collect 75% of every sale. We carry the operational risk so you can focus on creating.

We're working hard to accept cards and other payment methods. Currently, we only accept PayPal.

Domain registration and renewal is billed separately at cost with zero markup. We handle the entire process. You just pay us what the registrarA registrar is the company that sells and manages domain registrations (e.g. Namecheap, Cloudflare Registrar). charges.

Quarterly billing means you pay for 3 months at once instead of month-to-month. As a limited-time promotion, this gives you up to a 22% discount per month compared to the standard monthly rate, depending on your plan.

For example, on the Essential Membership: monthly is $225/mo, but quarterly brings it down to $175/mo, billed as one payment every 3 months. Growth Membership drops from $475/mo to $425/mo, and Studio Membership drops from $999/mo to $949/mo quarterly.

You can switch between monthly and quarterly at any time by reaching out to us.

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade from Essential Membership to Growth Membership to Studio Membership at any time. Just reach out and we'll take care of the transition for you.

Most of what we've already built carries over - so you're not starting from zero, you're just unlocking more.

No. Discord setup and ongoing management covers the server structure, bots, roles, automation, logging systems, and technical configuration - but it does not include human moderators.

Moderating day-to-day activity in your community is your responsibility. We build the tools that make moderation easier - you (or your mods) use them.

The merch store is managed as part of our ecosystem. If you cancel your plan, the store will be taken offline since we handle all of the operations behind it.

Unlike your domain, website, and emails - which you can take with you - the managed merch store is a service we run on your behalf and cannot be self-hosted or exported in the same way.

We deliberately keep the number of active clients small so every client gets real attention - not an automated pipeline or a support ticket queue.

When you're a client, you're a priority. That's only possible if we're not spread too thin. Limiting spots is how we maintain the quality that makes this worth it.
